Pellets are hard compacting waste of all types, which become fuel pellets to be burned in your furnace. The types of waste that can be used are countless but here I will list some: paper, paperboard, boxes, packaging containers, coconut shells, walnut shells, rice husk, agricultural residues after harvest, pruning leaves, grasses from your garden, wood of any type of timber waste to name a few illustratively.
How does it work?
You have to add at the top of the machine biomass waste. The template or matrix with circular presses do the task of pressing the material, with great force, on holes specially designed to mold and compact the product as needed in order to be effectively used as a green fuel of high calories.
The biomass pellet resulting from this process should be kept at rest for approximately 20 minutes to achieve cooling. When it reaches room temperature, it can be bagged and stored for up to 5 years, to be used at the desired time. It is is so simple that you can produce fuel for your own consumption or create a business selling your production.

Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery. The warranty includes the cost of repair work. The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation.
